I was born in Finland, but have been living in England for 55 years since married to my English husband. I have loved drawing and painting all my life.

While living in Harrow, I attended various classes in oils and mixed media and a course in portrait painting also 3 years course in water colours. Since moving to Wendover and joining Wendover art club, I have been inspired to use various new media and learning new techniques from demonstrations by fellow artists. I mainly paint now in acrylics and enjoy painting English landscapes and sea views, also love painting Finnish sunsets and. snow sceneries,some still life and portraits of Royal as well as my own family.
