My training as a Furniture Designer and Maker and then becoming a Design & Technology Teacher within the county of Buckinghamshire, along with watercolour painting while sailing around the Mediterranean with my late husband for 15 years, have all given me a wealth of creative knowledge and experience. In 2022 I was, very proudly, selected as a member of the Bucks Art Society. In 2024 I was presented an ‘Award of Excellence for Vibrant Watercolourist of the
Year’ with Art Focus and was shortlisted in the ‘SAALandscape Artist of the Year’. My love of working with watercolour has grown greatly over the past few years, and when appropriate, I incorporate a little mixed media, and sometimes ‘Semi-Abstract’ work, although new and exciting watercolour products are so vibrant and dynamic these days that the urge to incorporate them is so exciting too. My inspiration is mainly taken from ‘Nature’ and ‘The world around us’, and I know as soon as I see an image that ‘Art is calling’! I am excited to show an expanding array of products: limited edition Giclée prints and cards, bookmarks,
bone china mugs, table mats, ceramic coasters and fridge magnets and metal tins all with a great variety of my Artwork professionally created.
