Sarah is a painter who has primarily focussed and sold nostalgic scenes of the North East where she was brought up, selling through a number of galleries over the last 20 years.

However, whilst this is work that she still creates, new work displayed at this exhibition is a small series of more colourful pieces inspired by a study of massively magnified human cells, often featuring an abstracted figure or person.

These are typically very colourful and mixed media using inks, acrylic and occasionally enamel.
